As an Enfield resident, I realize what an important role the college plays in this community. However, before I began working here at the college, I did not realize how much the college offered to both high school students and their parents.

College Career Pathways, a federally funded program, allows students to earn free college credit while taking college level classes at their high school.  I have become a Pied Piper about this program and have encouraged students and their families at our 10 area high schools to take advantage of this wonderful program.

As a parent of two children, I have learned that there are high costs many times associated with earning a degree. This program, in addition to our high school partnership program, offers students an opportunity to begin their path to college before they have graduated from high school.

I wish the best of luck to all of our area high school students as they pursue higher learning opportunities! Julie CotnoirCollege Career Pathways CoordinatorRetention Specialist
