Greetings from the Department Chair of Social Behavioral and Natural Science and Mathematics The Department of Social, Behavioral and Natural Science and Mathematics includes the disciplines of Anthropology, Biology (including Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Ecology, Genetics, and Environmental Science), Chemistry, History, Human Services, Mathematics, Oceanography, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology. Our courses are some of the fundamentals of a Bachelor’s Degree (a 4-year degree at a college of university) and are designed to be able to be transferred to 4-year institutions.
It is our pleasure to help students achieve their educational goals. We are here to help you consider your educational and career options, select courses, solve problems, make transfer decisions, and be of whatever assistance we can as you move from where you are to where you want to be.
