Computer and Information Systems (Associate in Science Degree)
This program is designed to provide a two-year, college-level curriculum to meet the needs of the business community for personnel with training in the concepts, procedures, and applications of computer systems and equipment. The curriculum provides for instruction in practical application of theory through interaction with a computer system as well as courses in related fields of general education. Although mathematics is not required as a prerequisite for computer classes, the CIS department encourages each of its students to study as much mathematics as they can.
