Early Childhood Education (Associate in Science Degree)
This program is designed to prepare students who are interested in the career field of early childhood education and for men and women interested in enhancing parenting skills. The program prepares students for careers as classroom aides, assistants or teachers in public or private school, and childcare settings. In addition, a liberal arts core along with specialized courses is designed for students who wish to pursue transfer to a four-year institution to continue their studies in Early Childhood Education.
