The machine technology course of study provides both classroom and lab settings and includes 30 college credits toward associate and four year degrees. The schedule features engineering drawing, mathematics, quality assurance, process control, computer numerical control (CNC), computer assisted manufacturing (CAM), machining operations, and an introduction to computerized coordinate measuring, heat treating, and lean manufacturing. To date, more than 400 women and men have graduated and transitioned successfully to the private sector. What a great opportunity to establish a long-term career!
